1. Customised Products
All products sold on our website are customised based on customer specifications. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. Once the production process has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.
2. Production Lead Time
- General customised furniture: 30–40 days
- Wooden furniture: 40–50 days
- Sculptura Dining Table Series: 60–90 days
Lead times are approximate and may vary depending on courier arrangements or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Product Inspection & Exchange Policy
We do not offer warranty. Upon delivery, customers must inspect the product immediately. If any defect or issue is found, it must be reported at the time of delivery. We will only consider exchanges if the issue is reported during delivery. Any reports made after delivery will not be accepted for exchange.
4. After-Sales Support
Although we do not offer maintenance services, we are happy to help and advise if any problems occur after delivery, depending on the situation. Please contact us and provide details for further assistance.
5. Fabric Disclaimer - Pet-Friendly, Water & Stain Resistant
We use imported pet-friendly fabric that is advertised as water and stain resistant. The effectiveness shown in promotional materials is based on real usage in our store. However, the actual performance of the fabric may vary depending on usage environment, including but not limited to:
- Type of contaminants
- Timing of cleaning
- Cleaning methods
6. Turkish Rug Series
Our Turkish rug series consists of ready stock items only. Once a rug is sold out, it will not be restocked, as these are limited imports from Turkey. Please contact us to check availability before placing your order.

1. 訂製產品
網站所售商品皆為 訂製產品，將根據顧客提供的規格製作。請在下單前確認所有細節無誤。一旦進入製作流程，恕不接受更改或取消。
2. 製作時間
- 一般訂製產品：約 30–40 天
- 木製家具：約 40–50 天
- Sculptura 餐枱系列：約 60–90 天
以上為預計製作時間，實際交貨期亦會因物流安排或其他不可預見情況而有所變動。
3. 產品檢查與更換政策
本店不提供保養服務。顧客在收貨時，請即時檢查產品。如發現任何瑕疵或問題，必須於交收當下提出。本店只會處理於收貨當時報告之問題，若在收貨後才提出，恕無法提供更換。
4. 售後支援
本店雖不提供維修服務，但若產品於收貨後出現問題，我們樂意視乎情況提供協助與建議。請聯絡我們並提供相關資料以便跟進。
5. 布料聲明 - 跣水易潔寵物友善布料
所使用之進口跣水易潔寵物友善布料，其廣告效果為本店真實使用情況。但布料實際效能會因應顧客購買後的使用環境而有所不同，包括但不限於：
- 污染物的種類
- 清潔時間點
- 清潔方式 等。
6. 土耳其地毯系列
本店的土耳其地毯系列為現貨發售。由於為土耳其限量進口品，售完即止，不會補貨。建議顧客於購買前先查詢存貨狀況。
